SPORTING ACTIVITIES (Soccer)
WA State Phase 3
All outdoor sports spectators subject to current “Healthy Washington” guidelines. Spectators are required to wear masks while in the park where games or trainings are taking place. Removal of masks and facial coverings are only allowed while actively eating or drinking. Please social distance.
Moderate contact outdoor sports athletes (soccer players) are allowed to remove facial coverings during competitions. Facial coverings must be worn by athletes when training or when not actively competing or when on the bench waiting to play. Coaches, trainers, and officials must wear face coverings at all times.
All other Phase 2 Covid protocols that are not covered in the above 2 paragraphs are still in place.
WA Cup Tournaments:
Tournaments allowed for moderate contact sports (soccer). Additional tournament requirements:
o No one who shows signs or symptoms of COVID-19 allowed to attend.
o Masks are required for all coaches, players who are not playing, referees and spectators at all times.
